STEP 2: Changes, Design Review & Deposit
Once your estimate looks right and we have had an onsite visit, we prepare your full design packet.
This includes:
You’ll receive everything through DocuSign, where you review → sign → and submit your deposit.
Once signed, your project is officially scheduled and materials are ordered.
STEP 3: Site Readiness
To keep things smooth, the space should be:
If we discover hidden issues (new plumbing and electrical, uneven walls, water damage, structural surprises), we’ll discuss solutions and any delays or added costs before moving forward.
STEP 4: Materials & Production
We source your materials from trusted suppliers.
If something becomes unavailable, we’ll recommend a comparable alternative and review any pricing changes with you.
Natural wood varies in grain and color. These variations are normal and part of its character.
STEP 5: Payment Milestones
We use a simple three‑stage payment structure to keep your project moving:
Work pauses if payments fall behind, so staying on schedule helps keep your project on track.
STEP 6: Installation & Final Touches
Once production is complete, we hire trusted cabinet installer whom are skilled in our trade to Install your finished products.
If unexpected conditions arise during installation, we’ll communicate clearly and provide a written change order if needed.
Minor scuffs or marks to existing walls or flooring can occur as part of normal installation. Floor coverings and moving all furniture and appliance out of the spaces creating a clear path for our delivery of cabinets in each area for installer.
STEP 7: Warranty & Support
If we provide installation of our product.
Workmanship and service is covered for the period stated in your contract.
Hardware and assesories are covered to the exent of the manufacturer’s warranty.
