  • We like to have a photo of your space and/or demensions to get you a quote that hopefully fits your budget.
  • If pricing is good, we send a person from our sales team to your space to measure and confirm your needs and any onsite items to note for preparing your drawing.
  • Estimates remain valid for 30 days
  • Any changes in price, materials or scope will be updated before you commit.

STEP 2: Changes, Design Review & Deposit

Once your estimate looks right and we have had an onsite visit, we prepare your full design packet.
This includes:

  • Final drawings
  • Material and finish selections
  • Hardware choices
  • Your confirmed price
  • Agreements

You’ll receive everything through DocuSign, where you review → sign → and submit your deposit.

Once signed, your project is officially scheduled and materials are ordered.

STEP 3: Site Readiness

To keep things smooth, the space should be:

  • Accessible
  • Safe
  • Ready for installation

If we discover hidden issues (new plumbing and electrical, uneven walls, water damage, structural surprises), we’ll discuss solutions and any delays or added costs before moving forward.

STEP 4: Materials & Production

We source your materials from trusted suppliers.
If something becomes unavailable, we’ll recommend a comparable alternative and review any pricing changes with you.

  2. 30% Progress Payment — Due upon before templating or installation prep.
